Cozy Living Room: Unwind on our comfortable sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. The room is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

️ Compact Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, and all necessary utensils for cooking. Ideal for heating snacks or preparing meals.

️ Comfortable Bedroom: Designed for a great night's sleep with a cozy bed, ample storage space, and dark curtains for restful nights.
Please note that the bed in the unit has been upgraded to a newer and larger size (QUEEN). The color is still similar, but the design is different.

Modern Bathroom: Clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Cooling & Connectivity: The unit has two air conditioning units to ensure your comfort. One is active and perfectly capable of cooling the entire space, the other one was disabled for backup only. The unit also has internet provided by a third-party ISP. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

We’ve created a homey environment that offers all the comforts of city living while still feeling like a little escape. Enjoy your stay and create many happy memories here!

Guest access

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Please note that the bed in the unit has been upgraded to a newer and larger size (QUEEN). The color is still similar, but the design is different.

Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.

BUILDING AMENITIES:
✔️ Guests may access the swimming pool and playground, but prior registration is required, and additional fees may apply.
✖️ Gym: Not accessible to guests. It is strictly for residents only.

Pool Schedule
• Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Open Days: Tuesday to Friday

Please Note:
Monday: Closed for maintenance (may move to Tuesday if Monday is a holiday)
Weekends & Holidays: Pool is for residents only.
