Please Note: For comfort, the bed has been upgraded to a larger size (Queen) while keeping the same clean white color.
Modern Bathroom: Clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
Cooling & Connectivity: The unit has two air conditioning units to ensure your comfort. One is active and perfectly capable of cooling the entire space, the other one was disabled for backup only. The unit also has internet provided by a third-party ISP. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

Guest access
You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Please note that the bed in the unit has been upgraded to a newer and larger size (QUEEN). The color is still similar, but the design is different.
Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.
BUILDING AMENITIES:
✔️ Guests may access the swimming pool and playground, but prior registration is required, and additional fees may apply.
✖️ Gym: Not accessible to guests. It is strictly for residents only.

My mom loved her stay, definitely homey and comfortable. However during our stay, we could’t use the stove top but overall my mom had a relaxing stay on mother’s day weekend and that’s all that matters. Thanks, Chillhive!

Staying here honestly felt like a home away from home. The unit was absolutely spotless, cozy, and incredibly well taken care of — you can really tell the hosts put genuine effort into making guests feel comfortable. Communication was amazing from start to finish; they were always responsive, kind, and accommodating whenever I had questions. What really stood out to me was their kindness after I accidentally left something behind. They went out of their way to help return it to me, which I truly appreciated and don’t take for granted. Little things like that say a lot about the people hosting. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had booking a place. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and cared for the entire stay. Easily an 11/10 experience, and I would absolutely book with them again in a heartbeat if given the chance. Highly recommend!

It was a short stay with a late check-in, but the host was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating, which made everything smooth. Overall, the place felt cozy and comfortable, like being right at home despite the short stay. It’s also located in a very convenient area, which made getting around easy. For what it offers, it’s a solid and worthwhile stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The view was beautiful, and the uptown BGC location made everything so convenient. Malls and restaurants are just right across the street. I also really appreciated how accommodating the hosts were. I booked last minute, and they still managed to let us check in an hour early. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!
