Cozy Living Room: Unwind on our comfortable sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. The room is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

️ Compact Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, and all necessary utensils for cooking. Ideal for heating snacks or preparing meals.
Please note: The refrigerator has been replaced with a more compact model, so kindly expect a smaller fridge.

️ Comfortable Bedroom: Designed for a great night's sleep with a cozy bed, ample storage space, and dark curtains for restful nights.

Modern Bathroom: Clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

️ Cooling and Connectivity: The unit has an air conditioning unit perfectly capable of cooling the entire space. The unit also has Wi-Fi provided by a third-party Internet Service Provider. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

Guest access

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.

‍BUILDING AMENITIES:
✔️ Guests may access the swimming pool and playground, but prior registration is required, and additional fees may apply.

Pool Schedule
• Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Open Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Please Note:
Monday: Closed for maintenance (may move to Tuesday if Monday is a holiday)

Gym: NOT accessible to guests.
