The unit also has internet provided by a third-party ISP. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

Guest access
You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.
BUILDING AMENITIES:

✖️ Gym: Not accessible to guests. It is strictly for residents only.

I had another great stay here, this was actually my second time booking with this host, and that says a lot already. The apartment is in a perfect location in Uptown BGC. The host was very responsive, accommodating, and made the whole stay smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Manila, especially if you want to be in one of the best areas of BGC. I’d happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! Host was very responsive with our concerns and we felt very much accommodated. There are 2 A/Cs in the unit but we used just 1 since it got cold fast. Definitely a plus especially in this summer heat. 10/10 would recommend

The unit was conveniently located. It was near restaurants and some shopping malls. Everything was walkable and easy to get around. Reya was nice and friendly.

Chillhive was the best! Transaction was smooth and easy and was clearly communicated. Condo unit looked amazing. Liked how they designed the place. Complete kitchen and dining instruments. AC was sufficient to make the entire place cool.

This is a great place to stay when you’re in BGC. The host is very responsive and warm?, everything works well, and the place is neat and tidy. They also provide bottled water, which I really appreciated. One thing to note, though, is that the internet wasn’t very fast during my stay.
