Cooling & Connectivity: Equipped with one active and functional air conditioning unit, along with an electric fan to help circulate cool air throughout the space for your comfort. At times, the backup AC may be the one enabled instead if the main AC unit is scheduled for maintenance or performance checks.
The unit also has internet provided by a third-party ISP. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

I had a wonderful stay! Since the place was close to our office, it made everything so much easier, especially because I was working long hours. The unit was simple, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The condo was exactly as described, comfortable, and well-suited for my needs.

Great location in the heart of BGC with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and everything you need. The unit was clean, comfortable, and communication was smooth throughout the stay. The only thing to note is that because it’s located right in the center of BGC, there can be noticeable traffic and city noise, especially during busy hours. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall a nice stay, the hosts were super friendly and responsive. The place was really nice and clean, good location and cosy unit. The only issue are the cockroaches, there were a few, the host provided some Baygon and pest control right away. I've stayed in other units in this condo and I think all of them have the same problem so the owners should talk to the management to implement more pest control in the building. Other than that, a lovely place to stay, thank you to the hosts!

Smooth easy check in, we had some problems with turning on the TV and AC, but they immediately fixed it. Communication and fast response time is where they’re best at. Such a nice location as well. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!
