️ Cooling and Connectivity: The unit has an air conditioning unit perfectly capable of cooling the entire space. The unit also has Wi-Fi provided by a third-party Internet Service Provider. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.

My stay here is so very nice, the room is so spacious compared to other condo that I rented, and the please as well is so clean and very nice and it’s walkable as well to the Venice grand canal. Salute to the owner of this condo❤️❤️

Had a wonderful stay with Chillhive! The unit was clean, the linens smelled fresh, and the location was very accessible. We also appreciated the guest kits, coffee, water, and ample toiletries provided for the entire stay. Their contact numbers were a bit hard to reach, but they were very responsive through the Airbnb app. Overall, a great host and a comfortable stay.

This apartment was easy to check in , very clean and look just like pictures, and the host was very friendly and reply fast Only problem I had noise , you can hear the airplanes everytime which is not the fault of host every morning big noise in the elevator is like there fire sirens ? you which is false alarm I don’t know what is the course every morning you have to be up and panicked first time . There no soap or shampoo you have to bring yours . Overall the place is very safe security 24/7 and also get coffee and water which is nice . I loved the place I wish this noise problem can be solved which is not host problem but building problem and maybe check out 12am because check in very strict 15:pm Good for short stay

Stayed here for 4D3N and I’m happy as it was a hassle-free experience with a good location; with the tower having direct access to Venice Mall and this is also near BGC. It had everything I needed and they even have a workspace for WFH girlies like me. No problems encountered during check-in and check-out. The unit is decorated well, with the amenities complete and accurately described. It was clean and organized, spacious enough for 2-3pax. The owner is responsive and friendly as well. I'm very satisfied with this stay so thank you and don't hesitate to book this one!
