️ Cooling and Connectivity: The unit has an air conditioning unit perfectly capable of cooling the entire space. The unit also has Wi-Fi provided by a third-party Internet Service Provider. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.

I love how quiet it is in the place. The self check-in was super easy and it's very quiet at all times. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for an airbnb that is near in BGC.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a cozy atmosphere in the city. It is very walkable to Venice Grand Canal Mall; you can simply take the elevator to the parking level, where a bridge provides direct access to Venice Grand.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful — it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, everything was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was spotless, beautifully arranged, and had all the little touches that made it extra special and comfortable. The location is also good because it's within walking distance to McKinley Grand Canal, which is also a mall. So everything you need is just a stone's throw away. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
