️Compact Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, and all necessary utensils for cooking. Ideal for heating snacks or preparing meals.

️Comfortable Bedroom: Designed for a great night's sleep with a cozy bed, ample storage space, and dark curtains for restful nights.
Note: The bed has been upgraded to another design, while keeping the same Full Double size for your comfort.

Modern Bathroom: Clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
Please note that the in-unit washer is not functional. For your convenience, a nearby laundry shop with direct access to the building is available.

️ Comfortable Environment: The unit has two air conditioning units to ensure your comfort. One is active and perfectly capable of cooling the entire space, the other one was disabled for backup only. The unit also has internet provided by a third-party ISP. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

We’ve created a homey environment that offers all the comforts of city living while still feeling like a little escape. Enjoy your stay and create many happy memories here!

Guest access

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Everything You Need: Feel free to use any of the amenities we provide, such as the washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and Netflix for movie nights.

BUILDING AMENITIES:
✔️ Guests may access the swimming pool and playground, but prior registration is required, and additional fees may apply.
✖️ Gym: Not accessible to guests. It is strictly for residents only.

• Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Open Days: Tuesday to Friday

Monday: Closed for maintenance (may move to Tuesday if Monday is a holiday)
Weekends & Holidays: Pool is for residents only.

Other things to note

We kindly request that you follow our check-in and check-out times as our building does not allow waiting in the lobby. Should you arrive early, we recommend heading to "Landers," "Mitsukoshi Mall," or "Uptown Mall," conveniently located nearby. These spots offer a delightful way to spend your time, allowing you to enjoy a meal or explore various shops until your check-in time.

Our unit is a private residence within a residential building, not a hotel. While we strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, we may not offer the same services or amenities as a hotel. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting the nature of our accommodation and managing expectations accordingly.
