Please Note: There is no washer in the unit, but a laundry shop is conveniently located at Venice Grand Canal Mall—with direct access to the building.
️ Cooling and Connectivity: The unit’s air-conditioning has been upgraded to a brand new WINDOW-TYPE model to ensure better cooling efficiency and easier maintenance for consistent performance. The unit also has Wi-Fi provided by a third-party Internet Service Provider. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

I was not expecting so much, but we instantly felt at home the moment we arrived. I especially loved how relaxing and cozy everything felt, napa spacious pa, ++++ points for me. ? Definitely one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever! ? Super ganda talaga and worth it in every way. Babalikan for sure! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. ❤️

Very accommodating host, and utilities were already prepared the moment I got in. Room was very clean and spacious for a good-for-one-person setup. Communicates adequately, responds on-time, and location is 25-30 mins to BGC entrance via walking (depends in speed).

We had a great stay at this home, especially for a longer visit. The place was clean and well-maintained. We decided to extend our stay, and the host was very accommodating and flexible in making the arrangements, which we really appreciated. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and the bathroom had hot water available. It was also convenient that the unit came with a rice cooker and basic kitchenware. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

Stayed here for more than a week and had a wonderful stay. Although we encountered a few issues during our stay, we still enjoyed our stay here. A few things to improve-- please provide bigger pots, the one we had was 1 small pot and 1 small pan. I wanted to cook pasta but the pot was too small. All in all, it was a great stay especially that the area is very convenient. Few steps to venice mall, stores, banks, etc

it was uncomplicated and comfortable. everything worked and it was cleaned well beforehand. however, sometimes there was a smell coming from under the sink, so I basically had to keep aircon on or windows open whenever I was in the room. but other than that it was really nice and definitely worth the price.

Pros: The property has everything that was advertised. Good location, it has a bridge directly connecting to the Venice Mall. Parking inside the same building was easy for there were numerous spots. The unit managers can be easily contacted. Cons: The bed is not the best, they are using a memory foam mattress which could get really uncomfy for people with scoliosis like me. Back ache was really bad in the morning. The concern regarding the smell was still there. I think there is a problem with the pit trap for the building itself is a bit aged. There were also some permanent stains on the toilet tiles. All in all a great value for money for a short stay. We just stayed to attend a wedding and the amenities of the unit were helpful like a dresser, numerous hangers, iron and ironing board, and a table to do makeup and hair. Top Lage und schöne Aussicht. Der Check-In war flexibel und unkompliziert möglich und der Host war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich. Allerdings gibt es kein Warmwasser in der Dusche und in der Wohnung herrscht dauerhaft ein unangehmer Geruch.
