Guest access

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.

‍♂️ Building Amenities: Guests are welcome to enjoy the building's amenities, including the dry garden, playground and pool (available Tuesday to Friday only, with a maximum of three guests per unit). Please note that availability and any associated fees are subject to change without prior notice. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly coordinate with us in advance if you plan to use these amenities.

⏰ Pool Schedule for Guests: Tuesday - Friday Only
Please Note: Regular maintenance is scheduled every Monday. If Monday falls on a holiday, maintenance will be moved to Tuesday, which may affect pool availability. Additionally, the schedule is subject to change based on the building guidelines. We recommend checking with the front desk to confirm the pool's availability before use.

Other things to note

We kindly request that you follow our check-in and check-out times as our building does not allow waiting in the lobby. Should you arrive early, we recommend heading to "Landers," "Mitsukoshi Mall," or "Uptown Mall," conveniently located nearby. These spots offer a delightful way to spend your time, allowing you to enjoy a meal or explore various shops until your check-in time.

Our unit is a private residence within a residential building, not a hotel. While we strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, we may not offer the same services or amenities as a hotel. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting the nature of our accommodation and managing expectations accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS

1. PROVIDE VALID ID OF ALL GUESTS

To enhance your security and adhere to building regulations, we kindly request that all guests submit copies of their valid IDs at least one day before check-in. This step is crucial for us to register your stay with the building administration and guarantee your smooth access. Please be assured that we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and will treat your personal information with the utmost confidentiality and respect.

2. READ HOUSE RULES

☑️ Occupancy & Registered Guests: Only the number of guests declared at booking are allowed. No unregistered guests or visitors permitted inside the unit.

☑️ Housekeeping: The condo apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. For additional cleaning (extra charges may apply), please inform us in advance.

☑️ Parking: If required, inform us prior to arrival for guidance on options or space arrangement (subject to availability and fees).

☑️ Noise and Disturbance: Maintain peace, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Be considerate of our neighbors.

☑️ Smoking and Illegal Substances: Prohibited on the premises. A P5,000 penalty for smoking inside the unit or common areas.

☑️ Events and Parties: Strictly prohibited to ensure the comfort of all guests. Avoid sticking balloons or taping anything on walls or ceiling.

☑️ Utilities & Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use, except for the refrigerator.

❌ Laundry: Please kindly note that there's no washer in this property.

☑️ Security & Key Responsibility: Secure all windows and doors when leaving. Lost keys incur a P2,000 replacement fee.

☑️ Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises to ensure a pet-free environment for all guests.

☑️ Cooking Guidelines: Avoid strong-smelling foods and improper disposal of oil or solid waste down the drain.

☑️ Check-in and Check-out: Observe the specified times to avoid additional fees.

☑️ Property Care & Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay, including accidental damage. Additionally, guests acknowledge and agree to be solely responsible for their safety and well-being during their stay. Any accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen events that occur during your stay are at your own risk. The host cannot be held liable for any such incidents.

☑️ No Subleasing or Item Removal: Subleasing is prohibited, and removing items from the unit is not allowed.

☑️ Appliance and Amenity Use: Use provided appliances and amenities for their intended purposes only.

☑️ Legal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the property is strictly forbidden.

☑️ Building Amenities: The building's pool and playground are available for your enjoyment at specific schedule. Please note that there may be additional fees for using these facilities. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly reach out to us for assistance in accessing these amenities. Please note also that the price rates and availability may change without prior notice. Therefore, it is important to contact us if you plan to use these facilities so you can get the updated information.

☑️ Garbage Disposal Guidelines: Garbage collection is carried out by the building maintenance team, who will roam the hallways for collection between 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you are unavailable during these times, you have the option to dispose of your garbage at Basement 5 (B5). It's important to note that leaving garbage outside your unit or in common areas is against our community standards and will result in penalties. This policy is in place to ensure our community remains clean and pleasant for everyone.
