️Comfortable Environment: The unit has two air conditioning units to ensure your comfort. One is active and perfectly capable of cooling the entire space, the other one is a backup. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.

Guest access

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.

‍Building Amenities: Guests are welcome to enjoy the building's amenities, including the dry garden, playground and pool (available Tuesday to Friday only, with a maximum of three guests per unit). Please note that availability and any associated fees are subject to change without prior notice. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly coordinate with us in advance if you plan to use these amenities.

Pool Schedule for Guests: Tuesday - Friday Only
Please Note: Regular maintenance is scheduled every Monday. If Monday falls on a holiday, maintenance will be moved to Tuesday, which may affect pool availability. Additionally, the schedule is subject to change based on the building guidelines. We recommend checking with the front desk to confirm the pool's availability before use.

Other things to note

We kindly request that you follow our check-in and check-out times as our building does not allow waiting in the lobby. Should you arrive early, we recommend heading to "Landers," "Mitsukoshi Mall," or "Uptown Mall," conveniently located nearby. These spots offer a delightful way to spend your time, allowing you to enjoy a meal or explore various shops until your check-in time.

Our unit is a private residence within a residential building, not a hotel. While we strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, we may not offer the same services or amenities as a hotel. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting the nature of our accommodation and managing expectations accordingly.
