Please Note: There is no washer in the unit, but a laundry shop is conveniently located at Venice Grand Canal Mall—with direct access to the building.
️ Cooling and Connectivity: The unit’s air-conditioning has been upgraded to a brand new WINDOW-TYPE model to ensure better cooling efficiency and easier maintenance for consistent performance. The unit also has Wi-Fi provided by a third-party Internet Service Provider. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Prime Video. Please note, you may log in with your own Prime Video account, just please remember to log out before check-out.

I loved this place but the only downside is the bathroom, the shower area doesn't have a door or even a shower curtain so the water goes to the mirror and toilet area. Tried mopping the water but it didn't help either would a been nice if they have those silicon mops.

The location was easy to find and convenient. The unit was clean and nice. Friendly staff and host, they even returned my camera that I forgot inside the unit. Worth the price.

Though the place isn’t new anymore, they do their best to maintain it. All of the hosts were responsive and ensured everything was prepared upon check-in. They made the extension hassle-free when I asked to stay for another day. Overall, it was a good experience, as I appreciate accommodating hosts, and the location is very accessible. ◉‿◉

I was not expecting so much, but we instantly felt at home the moment we arrived. I especially loved how relaxing and cozy everything felt, napa spacious pa, ++++ points for me. ? Definitely one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever! ? Super ganda talaga and worth it in every way. Babalikan for sure! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. ❤️
