Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

it was uncomplicated and comfortable. everything worked and it was cleaned well beforehand. however, sometimes there was a smell coming from under the sink, so I basically had to keep aircon on or windows open whenever I was in the room. but other than that it was really nice and definitely worth the price.

Pros: The property has everything that was advertised. Good location, it has a bridge directly connecting to the Venice Mall. Parking inside the same building was easy for there were numerous spots. The unit managers can be easily contacted. Cons: The bed is not the best, they are using a memory foam mattress which could get really uncomfy for people with scoliosis like me. Back ache was really bad in the morning. The concern regarding the smell was still there. I think there is a problem with the pit trap for the building itself is a bit aged. There were also some permanent stains on the toilet tiles. All in all a great value for money for a short stay. We just stayed to attend a wedding and the amenities of the unit were helpful like a dresser, numerous hangers, iron and ironing board, and a table to do makeup and hair. Thanks for the good stay, Chillhive!

Top Lage und schöne Aussicht. Der Check-In war flexibel und unkompliziert möglich und der Host war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich. Allerdings gibt es kein Warmwasser in der Dusche und in der Wohnung herrscht dauerhaft ein unangehmer Geruch.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very easy to find, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The area is peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. When we entered the room, it was already cool and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The space was also well-equipped, especially the kitchen—it had a complete set of essentials that made it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay. Overall, everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

The size of the unit is very spacious! It has a balcony, the AC works well, and it’s pretty clean. There is some airplane noise over the unit, which didn’t really bother us much. Overall this condo is okay, however this stay could easily be GREAT with some work. We were pretty disappointed with the smell of the unit just seconds after entering the room. The kitchen sink seems to have had some kind of prior plumbing issue that has left a very noticeable smell in the unit. I feel there is likely waste water that has been trapped underneath and inside the kitchen sink cabinet that is the culprit of the smell. It seems that other reviews over the past few weeks (months?) have also mentioned about the smell and it’s disappointing to see it hasn’t been rectified properly. The kitchenette needs to be completely replaced to fully remove the smell. Parts of the kitchenette are falling apart from obvious water damage anyway. PLEASE fix this big issue and this is easily a 10/10 stay near BGC

Good studio. Surprisingly good mattress (its not 'soft', which I like, but somehow it felt comfy). Lots of shops and restaurants downstairs and minutes walk from Venice Mall which is brilliant. Unit suffers from a bit of a damp smell. I have stayed in this building before and the other apartment dealt with it faultlesly. Also - Venice Residences are pretty much right on the Airport flypath and you can hear this. The much talked about 'newer' aircon units in the building are noisy, I'm afraid. Noisy themselves and they require an opening in the wall in order to be installed which, unfortunately, lets quite a bit of noise from outside in. Also - the whole building suffers from chronic clogging of the shower pipes. It is relatively easy fix - you need to pour a drain uncloger from any local supermarket (cheap) and it pretty much solves the issue in one go but unless you do that you will very likely flood your bathroom within just few minutes of showering. Great location tho, great base.

Overall good value felt homey spacious and bright and comfortable bed linens. High floor with balcony and fast Internet. Only thing needed would be to remove the smell from kitchen sink, we were craving home made Tinola Manok but didn’t feel comfortable making it there.

The host was very responsive and even accommodated my urgent requests, which I truly appreciated. The building is easy to locate and access, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. One area for improvement would be the smell of the unit, as it had a slightly musty scent. Improving ventilation or freshening the space would make the stay even more comfortable.
