Please Note: There is no washer in the unit, but a laundry shop is conveniently located at Venice Grand Canal Mall—with direct access to the building.
️ Cooling and Connectivity: The unit’s air-conditioning has been upgraded to a brand new WINDOW-TYPE model to ensure better cooling efficiency and easier maintenance for consistent performance. The unit also has Wi-Fi provided by a third-party Internet Service Provider. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Prime Video. Please note, you may log in with your own Prime Video account, just please remember to log out before check-out.

The size of the unit is very spacious! It has a balcony, the AC works well, and it’s pretty clean. There is some airplane noise over the unit, which didn’t really bother us much. Overall this condo is okay, however this stay could easily be GREAT with some work. We were pretty disappointed with the smell of the unit just seconds after entering the room. The kitchen sink seems to have had some kind of prior plumbing issue that has left a very noticeable smell in the unit. I feel there is likely waste water that has been trapped underneath and inside the kitchen sink cabinet that is the culprit of the smell. It seems that other reviews over the past few weeks (months?) have also mentioned about the smell and it’s disappointing to see it hasn’t been rectified properly. The kitchenette needs to be completely replaced to fully remove the smell. Parts of the kitchenette are falling apart from obvious water damage anyway. PLEASE fix this big issue and this is easily a 10/10 stay near BGC
