Cooling & Connectivity: The unit has two air conditioning units to ensure your comfort. One is active and perfectly capable of cooling the entire space, the other one was disabled for backup only. At times, the backup AC may be the one enabled instead if the main AC unit is scheduled for maintenance or performance checks.
The unit also has internet provided by a third-party ISP. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Everything You Need: Feel free to use any of the amenities we provide, such as the washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and Netflix for movie nights.

The area was nice. It is located just around the Uptown area. If you want to roam around the city, you have Mitsukoshi and the Uptown Mall. If you want to jog, look for the Track 30th. The unit was clean when I arrived, and you get a nice view just outside your unit. You can see the Uptown Parade and even the facade of the mall. I like that there was an accordion door to isolate the air conditioner. The bed was comfy as well. If there was something I'd like to suggest, it would be the curtains covering all the light from outside. I stayed here for 2 nights, and I didn't want to modify the curtain rod. There was just a slight opening, and the curtains were already locked on the curtain rod. Also, be sure to bring any noise-cancelling device if you happen to get unlucky with the road improvements that BGC is doing. There was drilling going on just outside the unit over the weekend, but this can be a hit-or-miss, not really the fault of the location. Overall, I had a nice stay!
