️ Cooling and Connectivity: The unit has an air conditioning unit perfectly capable of cooling the entire space. The unit also has Wi-Fi provided by a third-party Internet Service Provider. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Prime Video. Please note, you may log in with your own Prime Video account, just please remember to log out before check-out.

Walkable to my place at work and to Venice Mall. Host was very responsive to my inquiries. Kudos! Pros: Comfy bed, accessible anywhere, kitchenwares Cons: loud AC outside, a bit hot in the lobby area, old couch with stain

The place is fine. Walkable and easy access to nearby stores. However the network reception is terrible, you cant use mobile data properly. Also the free internet is unstable and not recommended for serious online work. I recommend this if you just need a place to rest but if you need proper internet connection book somewhere else.

The unit is in a convenient location and check-in was smooth. During my stay, the Wi-Fi connection was slower and less stable than expected, which made it a bit challenging for work and usual online activities. The host was responsive in acknowledging the issue, although it wasn’t fully resolved during my stay. Overall, still a convenient option, but guests who rely on stable internet may want to confirm details in advance as even mobile data is weak in the particular area.

The unit is conveniently located right beside Venice Grand Canal Mall, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the place smelled fresh and welcoming upon arrival. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

The place is clean. Same as what shown in the photos. Perfect stay if you are going to venice mall. It also have a laptop table for you to work. There is also complimentary water and coffee upon arrival. View in the balcony is so nice as you can see the city lights. Overall experience is great!
